Pembury Partners are assisting a Private Client with the search for an experienced Estate Manager for their UK property portfolio. The role comprises management of properties, both residential and some commercial, within the London area, Oxfordshire and the North West of England. The Estates Manager will travel to conduct regular visits and be in charge of property maintenance, renovation projects as well as household management. The Estates Manager will cover all operational duties  required to ensure property wellbeing:  from manuals and inventory, budgeting, contractors management, health and safety procedures to all relevant security systems. Household staff hiring, onboarding and training will also fall within their competencies.

This role will suit a seasoned individual with exceptional organisation and great eye for detail. As the position requires travelling between properties, the Estate Manager can be based within easy, commutable reach from all locations.

The role starts asap, shortlisting closes on Friday the 14th of June 2024.

Amongst the duties:

    • Managing a portfolio of properties in London, Oxfordshire, and the North West.
    • Conduct regular site visits and managing day-to-day troubleshooting
    • Coordinating and overseeing maintenance
    • Managing third party suppliers and contractors
    • Develop house operating manuals for each property.
    • Project management
    • Managing the budget and expenses for the properties
    • Managing the teams of private household staff in London, Oxfordshire and Yorkshire. This would involve hiring, onboarding and supervising staff.
    • Take on key holder responsibilities.

Skillset sought:

    • Eligible to work in the UK
    • Confident Driver
    • Previous experience in similar roles
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Good organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
    • Discretion and confidentiality.
    • Flexibility

Salary and package: £75kgpa to £85kgpa + mileage
