We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team and work within our Childcare and Education sector. The ideal professional will be entrepreneurial, a confident go-getter able to grow  an already warm desk. The ideal candidate will have  experience working within private households specifically as a nanny or governess or Family PA,  able to understand the needs and requirements of those roles. This role will suit an experienced Nanny, Governess or Family PA looking to take their skillset into a new venture.

Amongst the duties:

    • Executive search, selection and recruiting
    • Placement, vetting and customer assistance
    • Provide impeccable service to both Candidates and Clients
    • Advertising and Interviewing
    • Relationship building
    • Support, business develop and partake in the company success

Skillset required:

    • Eligible to work in the UK, within commutable distance to central London
    • Fluent in English – another language welcome but not a must
    • experience working in private households
    • Proactive, ambitious , organised, a go-getter
    • Impeccable phone manners
    • Knowledge of luxury brands
    • IT Savvy

Salary and benefits: basic negotiable, competitive commission structure, OTE £50K+.
