Domestic Staff Agency

International client of Pembury Partners based in Versoix (Rive Droite), are looking for a flexible and skilled Personal Assistant to join their entourage. The role will be based in the Principal’s residence and will entail assisting with both business and household-related tasks. The ideal professional will have strong IT acumen and will be capable to operate on both Apple and Microsoft systems, with the ability to be proactive in learning new platforms if and when required. The Personal Assistant will be fluent in both English and French and will be already located within commutable distance as this is a live out role The role will suit a flexible team player, with acute organisational skills and ability to be proactive. Experience in the private sector needed. The personal assistant will work directly with the Principal,  the household staff, the Chief of Staff as well as the family office. Some travel required.

Start date: ASAP


Amongst the duties:

    • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
    • Monitor and maintain up-to-date various social media profiles, follow-up on any if needed
    • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications for the Principal
    • Planning and organizing events
    • Running errands for the residential locations
    • Follow-up daily administrative tasks
    • Manage personal commitments on request
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Manage budget for expenses of residential employees
    • Maintain supplies for the residential locations
    • Work in close contact with the House-manager/Butler and be his backup during holiday’s or when needed.

Skillset required:

    • Eligible to work in CH
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 2- 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative position
    • Fluent in English and French
    • Flexible and able to adapt
    • passion for improving processes and understanding new technologies
    • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to collaborate with a range of people
    • A person with a high integrity and work ethics
    • Excellent sense of service and proactiveness
    • Exceptional organisational skills, with an acute attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple priorities
    • A person having ability to travel
    • Driving Licence


Benefits and salary: CHF 100k brutto pa, negotiable for the right candidate
