Housekeeper Job

Pembury Partners are assisting a returning Client with the search for a professional live out Housekeeper for their family estate located 30 minutes south of Munich, Germany. The Housekeeper will be part of a team of 2 and will be working alongside other members of staff focusing on different sectors. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working in private households and will possess exceptionally meticulous cleaning and organisational skills: as the household is fully staffed, the housekeeper will be able to work in a team and collaborate retaining excellent communication. The households staff speak English therefore the candidate will be fluent in both English and German. Please note this is a live out role: the housekeeper will be located within commutable distance and be a confident driver. Please note that only candidates eligible to work in Germany/EU will be considered for this role.

Private Chef Job

Pembury Partners are assisting our Pro Footballer Client based in Munich Germany, in the search of a Private Chef to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner five days per week around match days for their family of 6. The Chef will be well-versed in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a keen interest in nutrition. The Chef will be passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals, prioritising nutrition.

The candidate must be eligible to work in Germany/Europe.

This is a September start, trials taking place by the beginning of August 2024

Michelin-trained Chef Job

Pembury Partners are assisting a new client with the search for an experienced Michelin-star-trained Private Chef in Exeter. The role will comprise working for the Principals in their residence 3 days a week and 2 days working as part of a Culinary team of 5 Chefs in their company, developing menus and catering for their 200 staff.

When working in the Estate, the Chef will be in charge of preparing all produce and ingredients such as stocks, marinades, smoking meats, tofu and fish and all vegetables sourced directly from the potager and the family-owned estate. Everything is made from scratch and sustainable: the Chef will leave the mise en place for the Principal to take over and complete the meals once home. Needless to say the principal is passionate about cooking.

The Principal strongly prefers plant-based foods and promotes sustainable zero-carbon living, ethos that also spread across the company.

When working at the Company, the Chef will produce and execute menus utilising all sustainable ingredients from the Estate. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about their culinary craft and embraces the same values and lifestyle shared by the Principals.

The role is Monday to Friday, approx. 8am to 5pm. The Chef will live nearby and be a driver: the company is located in central Exeter whilst the Estate is a 20 minutes’ drive away. Relocation costs will be covered.
