Pembury Partners are assisting a valued and returning Client with the search for an experienced and traditionally-trained Butler keen to join their estate located in the South West of England. The location is rural and submersed in an area of outstanding beauty. The Estate is question is large and structured into departments: the tone of the household is very formal with clear protocol. A small, collaborative team of household staff runs all operations, helping and supporting each other seamlessly. The ideal candidate will lead the service operations collaborating with the back and front of house staff members and lead by example. Valeting and packing/unpacking, formal service, inventories, travel preparation and itineraries lists, personal assistance to the Principal and extended members of the family, chaperoning on transfers are amongst the duties. The ideal candidate will possess team spirit and an acute eye for detail, knowledge of seasonal shooting practices a huge bonus also. The ideal candidate will be formally trained, will have had experience at Royal protocol or in similar settings. Love and desire to relocate and embrace rural settings a must.
