Pembury Partners are delighted to be assisting with the search for a Domestic Couple for a vast private estate located near Brussels, Belgium. The role will suit an experienced couple of professionals used to working within formal residences in self-managing roles. The Couple will be in charge of the daily upkeep of the property including housekeeping, laundry management and service. Family cooking will be required when the Principals are in residence. The property is large but only a section of the same will be in use: the Principals divide their time between their city home and the estate. The Couple will be in charge of the smooth running and upkeep of the interiors and will work alongside gardening and maintenance teams. This is a formal household, spoken French in addition to English will be a huge bonus. EU passport is a must to be eligible for the role.
Start date is flexible depending on Candidates availability to start.

Amongst the duties:

- 5 days on, two days off. Flexibility requested when Principals are in residence
- 10 bedroom/bathroom property – only one floor in use when in residence
- Care of interiors
- Housekeeping and laundry management (dry cleaning when needed )
- Provisioning, stock management, shopping
- Family cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner), easy Mediterranean/continental dishes
- Use of the kitchen garden for fresh produce – Head Gardener will assist
- Service
Skillset required:

- English and French (conversational) speaking
- Previous experience working in similar setting a must
- Trustworthy, discreet and committed

Salary and package: €1,000 net pw(take home), contribution’s and benefits on top, own 3 bedroom home within estate grounds, use of estate car for work purposes or mileage paid for own vehicle (preferred)
