Pembury Partners are assisting a returning high profile business founder with the search for a dynamic EA to support them in their business: this is an office-based position and will require a strong focus on coordinating every aspect on  day-to-day running of the business. Travel management, project research, philanthropic events coordination, account management and complex administrative tasks will be some of the core duties. The EA will upkeep existing systems and ensure seamless collaboration with all members of the team takes place.  This role will suit a consumed professional, with an unflappable demeanour, acute eye for detail and great communication: The EA will ultimately be the gatekeeper to the Principal.

The role is open for candidates in similar roles, looking to relocate to the North West of England, attractive salary and relocation package provided. For confidentiality reasons, exact location will be discussed at interview stage: suitable candidates will obviously be open and happy to relocate.

Amongst the duties:

    • Acting as a link between the CEO and his direct reports as well as wider teams globally
    • Proactive diary management for the CEO and assistance with his direct reports’ diaries when required
    • Researching new business projects, compiling presentations and reports
    • Proof-reading internal and external presentations and other communications
    • Continuing an accurate and effective desk and digital filing system
    • Coordinating internal and external events, workshops and conferences
    • Minor accounting and bookkeeping, compiling and managing budgets and expenses
    • Expense reporting and processing
    • Arranging complex business travel, visas and itineraries
    • Maintaining a good list of suitable venues for client breakfasts, lunches and dinners
    • Coordinating diaries with the family private PA
    • Organise philanthropy events

Skillset sought:

    • Eligible to work in the UK
    • Keen and able to relocate to NW England
    • Background in similar roles
    • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, trouble shoot and multi-task
    • Calm manner and very discreet

Salary and benefits, £70,000 – £80,000 gpa plus relocation package
