Pembury Partners are assisting our Client and family with the search of a professional, hands-on, flexible child-friendly Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping duties of their fully-staffed 4 bedroom home based in Chelsea, London. Our clients expect the ideal candidate to be professional, discreet, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.

Amongst the duties:
- A full-time housekeeper to join a team of three, working on rotation over 40 hours per week, with any additional hours paid overtime
- One early start per week at 5 am which client will cover cost of Uber
- 2 weekends per month worked
- All housekeeping duties on the property
- Taking care of luxury surfaces and finishes
- Wardrobe management and general organisation throughout the home
- Laundry management on a professional scale including luxury garment care
- General tidiness
- Deep cleaning
- Fully staffed home including chef, nanny and security, housekeeping team – a strong team player is essential
Skillset required:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience within a private household is essential
- Trustworthy and the ability to be completely discreet
- Excellent ability to follow instructions and to use initiative on tasks
- Excellent time-management skills
- Solution driven go-getter attitude
- A friendly, cheerful personality with the ability to be flexible when needed
- Able to work successfully in a team environment
- Child and pet friendly personality
Salary: £45,000 annually plus overtime
