We are looking for an experienced live in houseman with maintenance duties, for a role within a fully staffed and structured property in North London. The property is comprised of 15 bedrooms and runs on shift patterns with a team of experts running different departments. Amongst the duties:

- Ensure the smooth running of all mechanical and electrical systems, IT and CCTV skills key.
- Deal with builders and contractors
- Look after and maintain the high-tech security system
- Pool and hot tub maintenance
- Pet care – 2 dogs
- Care and maintenance of the family’s cars, ATV’s and dirt bikes
- Driving and chauffeur duties, general upkeep work
- Assisting with the smooth running of daily operations
- Flexible working hours – sustainable working frame
Skillset required:

- English speaking
- Experience in similar roles within London/UK
- Army background desirable
- Confident driver – luxury fleet management expertise
Accommodation: separate annex within residence grounds
Salary £37,000 -£40,000 gross per year
