Pembury Partners are assisting our Client with the search of a professional Residential Housekeeper for their hunting estate south of Hamburg, Germany. Our client is seeking an experienced housekeeper with exceptionally meticulous cleaning and organisational skills who is able to maintain the property to exceptional standards in the absence of the Principals who are in residence on a part time basis. The Housekeeper will be employed permanently and upkeep the property and monitor it all year- round and will be the main port of call. Please note that only EU passport holders can be considered for this role.

Amongst the duties:

- A live in role, taking care of the maintenance and cleanliness of the property in the absence of the two Principals
- The Principals are in residence about 4 times a year
- Cooking simple meals for the Principal’s when in residence
- General housekeeping duties on the property to high standards
- General property maintenance and management
- Upkeep and care of antique furniture
- Laundry management when Principals are in residence
Skillset required:

- Fluent in German with excellent communication skills
- A good working knowledge of English will be required
- Previous experience within a similar home is essential
- Trustworthy and self managing
- Ability to use own initiative and set your own working schedule to ensure all tasks are managed and completed
- A dynamic, forward thinking, and enthusiastic personality
- Basic, confident cooking skills
- Must love dogs as the family have 2
Salary: €2800 – €3500 DOE net per month, accommodation provided within the home
