Pembury Partners are assisting a Dubai-based family with the search for a professional nanny/governess for their two children aged 8yrs and 13yrs. The family have a third older boy at boarding school in the UK: whilst they will be back home home during holidays and term breaks, no care for them will be required. The role is 6 days per week, the children are at school most of the day and are busy with afternoon clubs and classes once back home. This is a fully staffed household, the nanny will be in charge of anything to do with the children from nursery duties to assistance with homework, school projects as well as organizing their social calendars. This is mainly a sole charge role as both parents work, it would suits a self-managing professional who can retain existing routines and assist with the children development, physical and emotional wellbeing. The role can be live in or out: salary and accommodation can be negotiated depending on the candidate’s living status.

Skillset sought:

- Fluent in English, additional languages a bonus not a must
- 6 days per week
- Childcare qualifications
- Experience in similar roles and age range
- Comfortable with homework and academic pursuits
- Confident driver and swimmer
- Computer literate
Salary and benefits: £80,000 tax free per annum depending on accommodation requirements. The role can be live in or out: salary and accommodation can be negotiated depending on the candidate’s living status.
