Our clients in Oxshott, Surrey are looking for a Manny to join their family with focus and companionship for their 12 year old son who also has other siblings you will interact with. The Manny will accompany the boy to medical/therapeutic sessions, support with homework and reading, and ensure a calm and fun environment around their son. This role will suit an experienced professional with a kind and supportive demeanour looking for an afternoon and Saturday engagement.

Amongst the duties:

- 4 weekdays, likely to be from 3/4pm until 7/8pm. Saturday suggested hours 9am to 1pm (hours are negotiable)
- Expected to work during school holidays
- After-school mentor/positive role model for pre-teen boy
- Encourage routine, implement structure and boundaries
- Accompany/engage in/encourage wide variety of sporting activities
- Encourage social skills
- Encourage personal health so sports activities and interests needed
- Care of child general wellbeing and mental health
Skill Set required:

- Kind, understanding, patient, organised, non-punitive, calm
- Able to navigate complex relationships
- Able to work collaboratively with all other caregivers (family, nannies, tutor)
- Clean driving licence
- Enhanced DBS and checkable references
- First Aid certification/knowledge
