Pembury Partners are assisting our Private Client based in Covent Garden, London for the search of a Part-Time Private Chef to cook for them 2 days a week. The ideal candidate will be flexible, creative and able to showcase their knowledge and skillset. The chef will cook for two people, both vegetarians, on two flexible days of the week (ideally Monday and Thursday) cooking dinner, and prepping lunch for the following two days. Our client is seeking a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, and has an excellent understanding of nutrition.

Amongst the duties:
- Cooking healthy, vegetarian meals with a focus on Ottolenghi style and Asian-Fusian cuisine
- Cooking for two Principals on two flexible week days, ideally Monday and Thursday, 2pm – 7pm
- The chef will cook dinner on their day in residence and prep lunch for the following two days; the client does not expect the chef to serve dinner, but are able to prepare the meal and leave
- Creative vegetarian menu development and planning according to the family’s dietary preferences
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally,
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private home
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Extensive experience with vegetarian cooking
- An excellent knowledge of health & safety and Hygiene within the kitchen
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits and salary: £20,000 GPA (10 hours per week max)
