Pembury Partners are looking for an Italian Cuisine Private Chef on behalf of our celebrity client based in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will be seeking a role to make their own where they will be able to showcase their skills and expertise. The role could suit a talented candidate with a background in Michelin star Italian restaurants, as well as previous experience working within a UHNW environment. Our client is looking for a Chef who will use the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced locally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals with a preference for Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.

Amongst the duties:
- A permanent role based in Oxfordshire cooking for a family of 6
- Cooking lunch & dinners Monday to Friday, with flexibility on breakfast
- Cooking healthy, beautifully presented meals with a focus on Italian cuisine, according to the family’s unique dietary requirements
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced locally
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household is desired
- Previous experience within an Italian Michelin * restaurant is desired
- Confident knowledge of various cuisines with a strong focus on Italian
- A personable, friendly attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable health & safety and hygiene knowledge
- A full, clean driving licence and within driving distance of Banbury
Benefits and salary: £65,000 annually
