Pembury Partners are assisting our Pro Footballer Client’s family based in Hampstead, London in the search for a Private Chef to cook lunch and dinner mainly Monday to Friday. Our client is looking for a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful, healthy and delicious meals. The Chef will be able to work well with the club nutritionist and adhere to the Client’s strict pre and post match schedule. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.

Amongst the duties:
- A permanent role based in Hampstead, London, cooking lunch and dinner 5 days a week for 2 adults and 1 child, with a baby on the way
- Able to prep for lunch at 2pm and dinner at 7pm, with minimal prep time in the home
- Mainly Monday to Friday, with some flexibility
- Working with the club nutritionist, cooking healthy, delicious meals; the family enjoy shellfish & seafood, as well as Italian, Spanish and Mediterranean cuisines as well as other fresh, healthy international dishes. Ukrainian cuisine is highly desired
Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Excellent attention to detail
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Speaking Ukrainian to native level is highly desired, but not a must
- Cooking authentic Ukrainian cuisine is highly desired, but not a must
- Ability to prep swiftly; the ideal candidate will be highly organised and have excellent time management
- A personable, friendly attitude
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Impeccable health, safety and hygiene standards
- Must be within 30 min commutable distance
*This role requires an up to date DBS, or will be happy for the company to conduct one on your behalf
Benefits and salary: £50,000 – £55,000 gross annually
Trials to be held 14th & 15th July
