Pembury Partners are assisting our UHNW Client based in Doha, Qatar in the search of a Private Chef for their formal private estate. The Chef will have previous experience with working in both Private Households as well as 5 Star Hotels. The Chef will prepare and cook a variety of cuisines for the family within this fully staffed, formal home. Our client is seeking a Chef who can use the freshest, highest quality organic ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals to an exceptionally high standard.

Amongst the duties:

- Cooking for formal UHNW family
- Preparing and cooking beautifully presented fine-dining meals
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Management of the kitchen
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
Skillset required:

- Previous experience within a large, fully staffed and complex private household or 5 Star Hotels is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident knowledge of a variety of cuisines to an exceptionally high standard
- A personable, friendly attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable health & safety and hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work within a formal, fully staffed setting
Benefits and salary: €96,000 to €120,000 annually, accommodation provided & flight ticket to home country each year
