Pembury Partners are assisting our Pro-Footballer Client and Family in the search of a Private Chef for their home based in Hampstead, North London. The Chef will cook for 4 adults and 2 children with a focus on International Cuisine. The Family also enjoy Authentic Mexican cuisine. Our Client is looking for a Chef who can use the freshest, highest quality organic ingredients sourced locally and internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals.

Amongst the duties:
- 6 days a week, cooking breakfast, lunch & dinner for 4 adults and 2 children
- Focus on International cuisine, as well as authentic Mexican cuisine a focus on family style and occasional fine dining
- Preparing and cooking beautifully presented family style meals with occasional fine-dining when the family have guests
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Management of the kitchen
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced locally and internationally
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a large, fully staffed private household is essential
- Confident knowledge of variety of cuisines
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable health & safety and hygiene knowledge
Benefits and salary: £85,000 t0 £100,000 annually depending on experience
