Pembury Partners are assisting a high-profile client, based in Central London, in appointing a 6 – 12-month FTC solution-driven Operations Specialist to restructure the internal running of the household. Our client expects the ideal candidate to be incredibly professional, discreet, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills and a friendly personality with the ability to manage the role with a meticulous skillset. Previous experience in similar settings a must.

Amongst the duties:
- A highly professional Operations Specialist for a FTC of 6-12 months
- Large, complex, formal and fully staffed home
- Assess, appoint & train staff teams successfully
- Restructure the internal running of the household
- Ensure smooth running across all sectors
- Establish communication systems
- Ensure total support of Principals including lifestyle and schedules
- Work closely with upper management team
Skillset required:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- A natural leader able to lead a successful team of professionals
- Previous experience within a formal, large and complex UHNW home or within a similar environment
- Trustworthy and the ability to be completely discreet and highly flexible
- A quick-thinker, excellent ability to use initiative on tasks
- Excellent time-management skills and incredible organisational skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- A self-confident, humble candidate with the ability to get on well with the rest of the staff team and entourage
