Pembury Partners are assisting international clients based in Berlin looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Private Personal Assistant. The role will suit someone professional, tech savvy and quick thinking. This role will suit a positive and good-natured professional with a can-do attitude whose work and presentation will be organized and meticulous at all times.
**Please be aware that you will need to be based in Berlin or Dusseldorf, Germany and be self-employed to apply for this role.**

Amongst the duties
- Organising diaries, orchestrate appointments
- Extensive travel management, book flights, hotels, doctors’ appointments
- Ensuring property filing, bills and administrative tasks are organised and completed
- Managing renovation projects
- Flexibility and multi-tasking with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
- Take direction on projects while using own initiative
- Management of staff /contractors within the household
Skillset required:
- Fluent in English & German
- Already be fully based in Germany, and be self-employed
- Previous experience in private households’ roles
- Experience managing extensive travel arrangements
- Tech savvy, IT literate and proficient researcher
- Professional and friendly
- Discreet, humble, flexible and energetic
- Excellent leadership skills
- A focussed “can do all” personality with good communication skills and an eagerness to manage the entire operation of time and services
Benefits and salary: €60,000 gross, must be self employed
