Pembury Partners are assisting our Client in the search for a passionate and talented Private Chef working in rotation of 15 days on and 15 days off in their home in Northern Italy. The ideal candidate will be seeking a role to make their own where they will be able to showcase their skills and expertise. Our client is looking for a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.

Amongst the duties:
- A permanent rota role working 15 days on, 15 days on in rotation with a second Chef
- Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner in fully staffed household for a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children)
- French service – Butler serves with Chef’s assistance
- Cooking according to the family’s unique dietary requirements
- Cooking for staff team of 6-7 people
- Catering will be used with occasional social events
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping, assisted by House Manager
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Excellent attention to detail
- Summers will be spent in French Riviera – rota 1 month on, 1 month off
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household is essential
- Fluent in Italian
- Confident knowledge of various cuisines with a focus on Italian cuisine
- Michelin trained
- A personable, friendly attitude
- A relaxed attitude, who adapts easily to change
- Ability to take control of the kitchen area
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits and salary: Up to €93,000 per annum (negotiable) plus separate accommodation
EU passport is essential to be considered for this role.
