Pembury Partners are assisting our International High-Profile Client based in Central London in the search of an energetic, trendy Private Chef for their family home. Our Client is a dedicated vegetarian and the ideal candidate will have experience preparing and cooking exciting, delicious vegetarian meals. Our client is looking for a Chef who can use the freshest, highest quality organic ingredients sourced locally and internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals. This role will involve working long hours when the Principal is in residence, but will consist of a considerable amount of downtime, not working for more than 6 months per year.

Amongst the duties:
- Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst Principal is in residence, 6 months of the year on a flexible schedule
- Focus on various cuisines, strictly vegetarian
- Paying attention to current food trends, internationally
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Healthy & conscientious meals
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Management of the kitchen
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced locally and internationally
Skillset required:
- 3- 5 years previous experience within a large, fully staffed private household
- Confident knowledge of vegetarian meals in a vast variety of cuisines
- A personable, friendly attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable health & safety and hygiene knowledge
- Flexible attitude to work schedule, cooking daily when Principal is in residence
Benefits and salary: £50,000 annually
