Located in the heart of Soho, London, Pembury Partners was founded in early 2020 by two specialists with over 35 years of combined experience in the sector. Our boutique company is small, bespoke and thrives on network building, team work and collaboration. Pembury Partners is looking to expand and we are now looking for a Researcher/Junior Consultant to join our Team on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday, to be based in our head office.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, dynamic, a people’s person, conscientious, an excellent communicator and above all, they will possess a true passion for recruitment and talent acquisition: they will be keen to forge a career in the field and look to grow within the role. Pembury Partners’ approach is consultative and supportive and aimed at providing excellent service to both Clients and Candidates. We take pride in our rapport-building ability and value quality and integrity over hard sales techniques.
A good understanding of the private sector will be advantageous however, full training can and will be provided: we are looking for a bubbly, solution-driven and positive individual with a strong eye for detail. Eligibility to work in the UK, strong IT acumen and impeccable interpersonal skills. Extra languages a bonus.

Amongst the duties

- This role is office-based, Soho, London.
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – flexibility required should they need arise
- Full talent scouting
- Full candidate support and cycle management from head-hunting to placement post-care and beyond.
- Head hunting, recruiting and shortlisting
- Advertising, fielding resumes, meeting organisations
- Vetting and registration processes
- Recruitment drives and campaigns
- Upkeeping CRM and files
- Building professional relationships and networking
- Attending meetings with Directors
- Operating by GDPR regulations and in strict confidentiality
- Phone and CRM management
Skillset required:
-
- Previous experience within the private household sector/ background in hospitality is desired, but not essential as training will be provided
- Eligible to work in the UK, within commutable distance to W1
- Proficient English, both spoken and written
- Detailed, pro-active, solution driven, empathic and professional
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential
- Dynamic, opportunity-driven, an excellent team collaborator
- Strong IT acumen, proficient Microsoft Office Skills, Canva
- Impeccable telephone etiquette
Benefits and salary: £20k to £30k gpa DOE + bonus structure
