Pembury Partners are looking for a head waiter/service assistant to work as part of the interior team within a formal private residence in the heart of Monte Carlo. The service assistant will be in charge of formal service, table setting, pantry organisation and silver polishing and will work alongside the housekeeping department, the Chef and the Estate Manager. The role will suit a professional who has had experience working in top hospitality establishments within the Cote d’Azur -restaurants and hotels – and are looking to break into the private sector. The professional will be supported and trained from the beginning on the job. This is a fully staffed, formal household.
