Pembury Partners are looking for a Michelin * talented Asian Cuisine Private Chef on behalf of our UHNW Client based in Berlin, Germany. The Chef will work on a one month on, one month off basis and will prepare fine-dining meals for a family of 2 – 6 people, and occasionally cooking for dinner parties. The ideal candidate will be seeking a role to make their own where they will be able to showcase their skills and expertise. Our client is looking for a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.
Only candidates with eligibility to work in the EU area can be considered for this role.

Amongst the duties:
- A permanent role based in Berlin working one month on, one month off – 6 days a week when on duty. The family also have property in Ibiza, so flexibility is required.
- Cooking healthy fine dining meals with a focus on Asian cuisine, particularly Japanese
- Cooking for a family of 2 to 6 people depending when the family’s children are in residence
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Excellent attention to detail
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household
- Confident knowledge of various cuisines
- MICHELIN *** trained is essential
- Experience cooking healthy fine dining meals with a focus on Asian cuisine.
- Experience preparing authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine
- A personable, friendly attitude
- A passion for healthy, fresh, organic cooking
- Excellent communication skills
- Right to work in the EU
- Driving license is highly beneficial
Benefits and salary: €60,000 plus all travel expenses and accommodation & car is provided when on duty
