Pembury Partners are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant F&B Director at our client’s 5 Star Internationally Acclaimed resort based in Ireland, to work within the beautiful dining rooms. You will oversee the running of all operations with regards to Food & Beverage within the resort, alongside the F&B Director and Managers. As the Assistant F&B Director, you will need to have strong experience within a similar role in Ireland.
You must be fluent in English and have the Right to Live and work within the EU.

Amongst the duties:
- Report directly to the F&B Director
- Very operational role, working closely with the F&B Managers overseeing each department
- Lead a team by example, with an enthusiastic approach
- Deliver professional and exceptional service to clients and visitors to the highest standard
- Have exceptional attention to detail in all areas of the role
- Ensure that your team is motivated daily to reach goals and targets
- Identifying weaker areas for constant improvement
Skillset required:
- You will have extensive experience working previously in a similar role within Ireland
- You should be an intuitive hospitality professional with an engaging personality able to build relationships with colleagues
- Inspirational leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate your team daily
- A passion to go above and beyond
- Be able to deliver an impeccable guest experience
- Have excellent organisational skills and communication and telephone skills
- You should have excellent attention to detail
Salary: €60-65k plus 10% bonus
