Pembury Partners are seeking an expert Japanese Cuisine Private Chef on behalf of our UHNW Client based in their estate in the South of France. The successful candidate will be seeking a role to make their own where they will be able to showcase their skills and expertise. Our client is seeking a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude.

Amongst the duties:

- Cooking the highest quality meals with focus on Japanese cuisine
- Ensuring that all family members’ meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions are adhered to at all times
- Preparing customized meal plans for family members based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping, ensuring only the highest quality produce is purchased
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Excellent attention to detail
Skillset required:

- Previous experience within a private household
- Expert in preparing authentic Japanese cuisine
- An adaptable, friendly attitude able to manage well with last minute changes
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Meticulous standards of hygiene, health & safety
- Right to work in the EU
