Pembury Partners are assisting our private client currently residing in Central Europe with the search for a new Nanny for their 3-year-old toddler. The nanny will be replacing the existing maternity nurse who has been with the family since the little one was born. The nanny will care for the wellbeing of the toddler and will organise all educational and social activities for the child. The nanny will liaise with the child’s nursery school and encourage social engagements and play dates. The nanny will ideally accompany the family on international trips. The household is both semi-formal and staffed and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently and alongside a team whilst observing discretion at all times.

Amongst the duties:

  • Full-time live out role caring for toddler
  • Nursery duties
  • 5 or 6 days per week with flexibility should it be required, hours will be sustainable
  • Babysitting if required, agreed in advance
  • Social and educational calendar and diary management
  • Implement and action fun and engaging activities
  • International travel with the family (Europe, USA & Dubai)

 

Skillset required:

  • Fluent in English is essential; French is a huge bonus
  • Relevant experience, qualifications a bonus
  • Eligible to work in the EU
  • Confident swimmer
  • Valid driving license
  • Able to discipline with kindness
  • Attentive to the children’s welfare and well-being
  • Respectful, discreet, of a gentle nature
  • Checkable references and current police check or willing to obtain one

 

Salary and benefits: Up to €8000 per month, plus accommodation
