Domestic Staff Agency

Pembury Partners are assisting an international client based in Germany looking for a flexible and experienced private Personal Assistant . The role is remotely based and will suit a professional with strong private household background, someone flexible and culturally aware able to work in a team. The candidate will be happy to travel with the client within Europe amongst other destinations. The principal is ideally looking for a personal assistant who has a good command of German and/or French in addition to English. This role will suit a positive and enthusiastic professional with a can do attitude whose work and presentation will be extremely organized and meticulous at all times.

Please note only EU or UK passport holders will be considered for this role.


Amongst the duties

    • Organising diaries, orchestrate appointments
    • Extensive travel management
    • Book flights, hotels, doctors’ appointments
    • Ensuring property filing, bills and administrative tasks are organised and completed
    • Travel with the Principals
    • Will work in harmony with a full team
    • Flexibility and multi-tasking with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
    • Take direction on projects
    • Overviewing the art collection
    • Management of staff within the household

Skillset required:

    • Fluent in English
    • A good command of French and/or German will be advantageous
    • Experience and longevity in private households’ roles
    • Expertise in staffing
    • Experience managing extensive travel arrangements
    • Professional and friendly
    • Discreet, humble, flexible and energetic
    • IT literate and proficient researcher
    • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead the staff team by being an inspiring example
    • A focussed “can do all” personality with good communication skills and an eagerness to manage the entire operation of time and services


Benefits and salary: up to €60k plus separate accommodation when travelling
