Pembury Partners are scouting for a passionate rota Private Chef on behalf of a returning Client based in Los Angeles. The Chef will work in a rotation of 6 month on/off and will be LA-based when on duty, returning to their country of residence when not in service. Our client is looking for a Chef who is passionate about using the freshest, highest quality ingredients sourced internationally, preparing beautiful and delicious meals whilst observing preferences, extensive dietary requirements and structure. The ideal candidate will display a consistently meticulous skillset and possess a personable attitude: the Chef will specialise in healthy, clean Italian cuisine. The Chef will work on a rotation with the longstanding culinary team: fluency in Italian as well as in English is highly desirable. This is a formal, fully staffed household, confidentiality and discretion a must.
The role is open to EU passport holders, full visa will be provided and accommodation in location when on duty.

- Cooking healthy fine dining meals according to both Principals specific dietary requirements
- Extensive menu development, creation, and planning
- Meal related budget management and shopping
- Using fresh, organic high-quality produce sourced internationally
- Excellent attention to detail
Skillset required:
- Previous experience within a private household is essential
- Fluency in English and ideally Italian
- Experience cooking healthy fine dining meals and a passion for healthy, fresh, organic cuisine
- Strong experience working with various dietary requirements and allergies
- A personable and discreet attitude is required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team and formal household
- Driving license a bonus
Benefits and salary: Competitive £80k circa gpa, visa and accommodation provided (accommodation when on duty)
