Domestic Staff Agency

Pembury Partners are assisting our client, an international businessman in the search for a dynamic, enthusiastic Private PA to assist in a high energy family office with an entrepreneurial, start-up atmosphere. The role will suit a tech savvy, proactive professional with strong private household background who will be assisting the principal with everything from diary management, event and meeting organisation, acting as the family liaison, liaising with household staff, and everything in between.

This role is based between West London and Central London, with occasional remote working.


Amongst the duties


  • Organising diaries, orchestrate appointments
  • Extensive travel management – managing itineraries and proactively tracking related visa and insurance positions
  • Book flights, hotels, personal appointments for the family
  • Ensuring property filing, bills and administrative tasks are organised and completed
  • Running general errands on behalf of the family
  • Work in harmony with a full team, preparing new employee starter packs, NDAs and assisting with office administration
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking with the ability to communicate effectively under pressure
  • Use own initiative and out-of-the-box thinking when completing tasks
  • Take direction on projects
  • Assisting with sourcing bespoke items, coming up with unique luxury lifestyle ideas, utilising existing contacts


Skillset required:


  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience and longevity in previous similar role
  • Experience managing extensive travel arrangements
  • Professional and friendly
  • Discreet, humble, flexible and energetic
  • IT literate and proficient researcher
  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead the staff team by being an inspiring example
  • A focussed “can do all” personality and an eagerness to manage the entire operation to an unmatched standard
  • Willingness to be flexible with timings and to deal with requests when required out of hours



Benefits and salary: £50,000 per annum
